What’s next for
your practice?

For IV and wellness clinics, med spas, and cash-pay practices. Start with the decision on your desk.

01Find more value in your existing services
A fuller menu isn’t always the answer. Take a program you already offer and look at what patients value, what follow-up takes, and whether the price supports the time your team puts in.
02Choose your next investment with confidence
Considering a laser or a new service line? Work through patient fit, training, supplies, and provider time before you commit. If you operate multiple locations, decide where a first launch makes sense and what you want to learn from it.
03Give your providers the skills to deliver
Build a training session around the questions your providers actually bring you. That might mean a hands-on workshop in injectables or a virtual session on hormone care, followed by a practical plan for your clinical team.

Ahmad Ibrahim, DO

Dr. Ibrahim is a board-certified physician and co-founder of two Los Angeles wellness and medical spa locations. He spends three to four days a week across the clinics seeing patients, training providers, and helping run the business.

He teaches physicians, nurses, injectors, and clinic owners through workshops on topics including injectables, lasers, hormone replacement therapy, and platelet-rich plasma. He has spoken at Vegas Cosmetic Surgery and The Aesthetic Show.

03 / For healthcare companies

Build for the way
clinics work.

If you build software for practices, a workflow that looks simple in a demo still has to work between appointments. Bring a practicing physician into decisions about intake, documentation, follow-up, and provider education.

For clinic groups and franchises, that same perspective can help shape how teams learn a new service and introduce it across locations.
